Call To Order: Meeting was called to order at 5:07pm by Allan .
Members present: All members present. Corry and Julie excused before end of meeting.
Ice Show Criteria:
Election and Survey: Corrine motioned that Eric create an electronic election ballot with additional questions regarding banquet and space for coach comments with a submit button. Corine 2^nd. All in favor. Eric motioned to create an absentee ballot for the 2009 elections sent via email and return to President via email. Deb 2^nd. All in favor.
Annual Banquet: The discussion focused on the question of “What is most appropriate?” Some members thought a simple get together for all skaters and their families sooner rather than later to pass out badges and awards would be best on a Thursday evening. The discussion also made note of the amount of money lost on last year’s banquet.
Registration Dates: Eric motioned we hold registration on September 15^th (Freestyle) and 17^th (Basic), 2009. Place to be determined. Corrine 2^nd. All in favor.
Public Comments: Gail Wirsbinski asked for input on after-show photos. What items should be offered? She would like to keep costs low. A discussion was made indicating to keep costs lower, so there is no profit for Silverblades. Gail will set up Wednesday and Thursday.
Next board meeting: April 27^th at Crossroads Church at 7 PM
