Adult & Basic Skills Program Level 1 through Freeskate 3

The Adult & Basic Skills packages are for anyone wanting to learn how to skate. This program is open to anyone ages 4 and up. If you have skated before, your skills will be evaluated to determine what your proper starting level should be. If you have never skated before, you will start in Basic 1or Adult 1 and work your way up in a fun a positive atmosphere!

The Adult & Basic Skills groups meet once a week at the Mosinee Recreation Center for lessons. Click the link on the home page for the schedule and event calendar (accessible from the home page) to review any schedule changes.

Includes U.S. Figure Skating Association fee, Ten - 45min group lessons with a supplied coach, An official U.S. Figure Skating Basic Skills membership card, A USFSA record book with stickers to track your progress through the lessons, A membership year patch, Sport Accident Insurance, General information about ice skating, Basic Skills Edition of SKATING

Basic Skills Bridging Program: A one time program designed to give an Introduction to Full Club membership. It applies to the Basic Skill skater in Basic 5-8. A recreational skater that does not have a private coach and wants to accelerate their skills with more ice time and instruction. Includes 10 - ½ hour group sessions. (This is in addition to the Basic Skills Program) $35

Synchronized Skating Programs:

Intro to Synchro: This is a Learn to skate class; no competitions; learn the basic elements of synchro. Open to basic skills 5 and up. This group will meet for approximately 17- 25 min. sessions. This group will perform in the annual ice show. $120.00

Synchronized Skating Team: This is a competitive team. This team will practice approximately once per week in 17 - 45 min. sessions. Open to Freestyle 3 or higher and may compete at Badger State Games. This team may have a pre-preliminary moves in the field test requirement depending on competition level. This group will perform in the annual ice show. $250.00
