By-Laws
- Chuck motioned to wait on the revision of the current by-laws, as changes should wait until after the election of the new board members is passed. Al 2^nd. After a discussion, a vote was taken. Five in favor. 2 not.
Voting
- Deb motioned that on April 16^th voting of new board members will take place from 5:30-6:30 at the Crossroads Church prior to the annual meeting, which will be at 7 pm. The election committee will break a tie if a tie is needed to be broken. If a position of president or vice president is vacant, a candidate must have been on the board for 1 year immediately prior to taking this position. Al 2^nd. All in favor.
Next board and annual club meeting: April 16^th at Church at 7 PM
