Call To Order: 6:45 p.m

Members Present: All members present except Brad.

Secretary's Report: Corry made a motion to accept the Secretary‘s report, Julie second, all in favor.
4.
Treasurer's Report: $3,942.31 in savings $8,672.86 in checking, Raffle
money - $4,390 excluding any money received tonight.. Melanie made a motion to
accept Treasurer’s report, Corry second. All in favor.
Al advised the board should check into getting
bond insurance.

Old Business:
Board members nominees: Should e-mail be send or use Surveymonkey.com
to vote.? Election is on April 19, 2010.
Committee Updates
Membership Committee/Chair - Al Hahn Everyone is registered. Last roster sent out last week. Make sure a copy is kept as
they are wiped out after last day in June of each year.
Website Committee/Chair - Al Hahn having trouble loading pictures.
Pro Liaison Committee/Chair - Julie Blomquist No issues since last e-mail sent out. Some times there is a struggle with scheduling. Sends e-mail to coaches to find out if they can meet the schedule. A current student
coach may be interesting in coaching again next year. Two other e-mails from people interesting in coaching. May need to interview on and off ice.
Ice Schedule Committee/Chair - Al Hahn - Provided printout of whole season including total hours.
Ice Show Production Committee/Chair - Brad Ludwig
Everything falling into place and coming together as reported by Melanie
Ice Show & Volunteer Organizer Committee/Chairpersons - Lori Denzin
& Shelly Kraft All spots filled except one for spotlights. . Using Melanie’s
locker room mom letter to inform volunteers what they will need to do.. Will be sending e-mails to everyone to advise what they volunteered for. Items are in from Jerry’s, Ordered items from Oriental Trading, Plush flowers from Target,
Plush stars ordered. Flowers from Kruegers will be in on Thursday, 3/18. Will be separated that night at the skating rink.
Newsletter/Chair - Shelly Kraft The letters that Melanie created for each skater will be sufficient to use as the newsletter.
Fundraising Committee/Chair - Eric Kaiser There were 82 families handed
tickets, 41 left to receive tickets and money from. $5,200 received approx. Eric
has accurate list of who has turned in tickets and who did not. If tickets are
not turned in, cannot skate. Send mass e-mail that ticket money is due by Wednesday
March 10, 2010. Eric to compose e-mail to be sent to all members as reminder
to pay for raffle tickets and send to Al. I-pod will be in on Tuesday, 3/9. Bob E. has scooters, just needs couple days notice before picked up so they can be
dusted, etc.

Ice Show Set up/Tear Down Committee/Chair - Brad Ludwig
Melanie made a motion to allow Brad to contact
storage rentals and okay to rent if no more than $60/month. Jane second. All in favor.
Ice Show Props/Decoration Committee/Chair - Julie Blomquist Co-chair - Carol
Hahn - Sandy - decorator will be there Friday night to begin to set up. Get as
much done as can on Sunday night. Tech & dress rehearsals at 5 p.m. Will
run thru start to finish. If needed run thru a second time from youngest to oldest.
School Ice Show Committee/Chair - Lori Denzin Need to get number of students attending from Elementary school.
Then will know if can allow a 4th grade class to attend also. Rosters
to be sent to schools of skaters that will be picked up.
Marketing/Advertising Committee/Chair - Corri Lardinois Co-chair Lori Denzin
Program is done. Going to printer tomorrow morning. Ordering same amount as last year, 310. Show info and pictures
to be in Mosinee Times next week, Wed. 3/17/10.
Merchandise Committee/Chair - Sheri Ludwig

New Business
Banquet Monday, April 19th, pot luck. 5:30 meeting, eat at 6:00 p.m.
Have to include Treasurers report, Secretarys report, count ballets and make announcement at the end of banquet. Board members and all officers need to be elected at that meeting.
