Pro Liaison Committee/Chair - Julie Blomquist (Chris final day 1/22/09)
Ice Schedule Committee/Chair - Al Hahn e-mails to Steve for Feb, also
e-mailed for ice on 1st, 2nd,
3rd of Feb. Going to ask for 2nd week also. Find out when on Sunday 3/14 can
start to set
up for show.
Ice Show Production Committee/Chair - Brad Ludwig Choreographing - are coaches paid
for choreographing prior?
Using the 2 hrs of ice time to choreograph. If club pays fees = $2700. If show coach shows proof of choreo, will pay them $15 for it per number. $450
for all numbers.
$1,846 to cover all numbers without choreographing for all numbers.
Show tickets are printed.
Projector $595, $132.35 for second lamp.
Laptop - need 2 for music.

Ice Show & Volunteer Organizer Committee/Chairpersons - Lori Denzin & Shelly Kraft
Forms given to committees.
Shelly to get volunteer list to everyone this week.

Feb.
Fundraising Committee/Chair - Eric Kaiser - need status update Trying
to get tickets
before Thursday. Tim
printing them. If not in show, tickets need to be sent in by "specified date". Drawing is March
20, 2nd show (6 p.m.) during intermission. Need total
cost of prizes (only thing not paid for is Charlie's gift card,
Goal Line gift cards and 2 Gas
cards.)
Ice Show Set up/Tear Down Committee/Chair - Brad Ludwig - need to know when can start
setting up on Sunday. Mixer
board - purchases...works good. 2 wireless mics work
everywhere around rink. 5
ear mics vs lapel mics - for spots, video person. Rest will have
lapel mics. (Rentals for Northway Communications.)
Ice Show Props/Decoration Committee/Chair - Julie Blomquist Co-chair - Carol Hahn - Prop list
coming out shortly.
School Ice Show Committee/Chair - Lori Denzin Schools contacted. Will
need list of girls and
grades that are in show. Membership book in cabinet. Need permission slips.
Marketing/Advertising Committee/Chair - Corri Lardinois Co-chair Lori Denzin Keep same rates. Brad has some programs from various shows in area to use as examples.
Merchandise Committee/Chair - Sheri Ludwig

For ice show - permission for sign by gazebo
Date for banquet. Jane volunteered to head up banquet.
Al has form for "reports" for coach to fill out to give to girls.
Should be given out by coach on the ice.
