4. Treasurer's Report:  -$5,000 from October savings amount  $6,400 in checking.   Have not received license for raffle.  Eric motion that treasures report be e-mailed within next 30 days.  Brad second.  All in favor.

  Pro Liaison Committee/Chair - Julie Blomquist - if skater misses their ice time due to a curriculum related issue, can they get make up ice time?  Corry made motion to discuss exceptions if based on school curriculum affecting grade, board to discuss to see if allowed.  President's discression is okay.  If before a meeting, bring to the board for approval.  Eric second.  All in favor. 

  Ice Schedule Committee/Chair - Al Hahn on website - done until January 31, 2010.  Badger state = 1.5 hrs ice time. Show practice starts right after Badger State.
  Ice Show Production Committee/Chair - Brad Ludwig
Show line up is complete. Coach assignments finalized in next week or two.  Losing coach, six numbers to be assigned to other coaches. Committee discussed coaches costs for ice show practices. Split with current coaches, to cover ice show practices by club, club cover 100%.  Would cost about $1,850.  To recoup - add $1.00 to show tickets.  Eliminate prepaid price. Change price of show tickets to $7.00 at door? Advance tickets should go away.  Offer them but do not mandate them.  Have tickets at rink if want to buy them.  Brad made motion to lock in ticket price at $7.00 each, no advance pricing.  Corry second.  All in favor.  Brad motion to eliminate mandatory advance ticket sales to club members but still offer advance tickets at $7.00.  Shelly second. All in favor.  Brad motion that club covers 100% of all coaching costs for ice show up to 2 hrs per number.  Anything after 2 hrs, if needed, is the cost of coach with skaters for feature numbers.  Additional time for group numbers will be reviewed by board members as needed.  Corry second.  All in favor. Skater can only miss one lesson, otherwise at coach discression.  Skater can make up lessons with coach.  Discuss at next meeting.

  Ice Show & Volunteer Organizer Committee/Chairpersons - Lori Denzin & Shelly Kraft   Whoever takes money at door, take tally of amount collected each night in case drop one of the shows.  February 1st for tickets to be available.  Al will make the tickets. 
  
  Newsletter/Chair - Shelly Kraft - Brad has info to send to Shelly to add.  Eric wants update on fundraiser on it.
  
  Fundraising Committee/Chair - Eric Kaiser - Think about second plan if do not get license.  Shelly to check status on license. 

  Ice Show Set up/Tear Down Committee/Chair - Brad Ludwig - Working on new sound system, mics. Jerry's music - can purchase a mixer board 8 port & 2 mic wireless mic system $180-200.  Run wireless mic into mixer board.  One wire.  $400/mic need two. Have him bring it down and try it out to see if it will work.   

  Ice Show Props/Decoration Committee/Chair - Julie Blomquist Co-chair - Carol Hahn  Brad advised props list will be coming up shortly.  Will post on website, put on newsletter.

  Marketing/Advertising Committee/Chair - Corri Lardinois Co-chair Lori Denzin Have last years CD's from Paul N.  Badger State Practice - anyone can come to watch but no advertising.

6. New Business: 

  Ice show ticket price
  Student coaches helping coaches/purchased ice time
  Are we having a banquet this year? Can it be before the ice show?  Can it be a pot luck?  Corry put up a sign up sheet if anyone interested and who could head up the committe. 

  Should coaches do mid-season evalations of students to be sent to parents?  Yes.  Al has form. 
  Temporary board member recommendations thru end of April- Al nominates Melanie Bateman.  Shelly made motion to accept Al's nomitation to have Melanie Bateman temporary member until end of April.  Corry second.  All in favor. Brad suggest other possible members.

7. Public Comments:  Melanie - costumes for ice show all ordered.  $4,171.98.  Jerry's checks to be given to Shelly once all received.  Jerry's skating, just uner $1900 ordered.  100% recouped.
Disney on Ice - put in newsletter.  Corry recommend everyone drive themselves versus taking a bus.  Can caravan over. Is anyone coordinating?  Melanie will check into it.  Small discount if get group tickets.
